We are seeking a highly organized and personable Service Coordinator to join our team at DealerFLEX. This role combines customer service, administrative tasks, and scheduling in a dynamic dealership environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of driving experience, a strong customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring smooth operations for both our service department and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Phone Management:
Answer incoming calls, make outgoing calls, and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Scheduling:
Coordinate service appointments, including scheduling mobile service visits and managing in-house service appointments to maximize the department's efficiency.
Front Desk Support:
Greet customers and visitors, provide them with relevant information, and direct them to the appropriate departments. Act as the first point of contact for service-related inquiries.
Customer Communication:
Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles and ensure any questions or concerns are addressed.
Service Documentation:
Assist with service paperwork, maintaining accurate records for all service appointments and mobile services.
Logistical Support:
Ensure smooth coordination between the service team, customers, and parts department. Track service completion times and follow up on pending tasks.
Driving Responsibilities:
As needed, assist with test drives or vehicle movement on the lot (must have 5+ years of driving experience).
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 5 years of driving experience.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with office software and scheduling systems. Experience with dealership management software is a plus.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment: This is an in-person position based at Greenway Ford with a focus on service coordination, customer interactions, and administrative duties. Flexibility in handling both customer-facing tasks and behind-the-scenes coordination is key.
