What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, windows, and equipment
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and buffers
- Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure consistency and quality
- Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to manage your time efficiently
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work
- Basic math skills
- Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
- Able to use basic cleaning equipment
- Safe Driving Record: Experience driving safely is preferred
Bonus Points For:
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required
- Passion for vehicles and automotive care
- Familiarity with basic cleaning tools and products
