Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet all guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional welcome.
- Explain parking procedures and offer assistance with luggage and directions.
- Safely operate and park guest vehicles, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain clear communication with guests and team members.
- Report any damage claims or incidents promptly and accurately.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (manual preferred, not required).
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Must pass a criminal background and driving record check.
- Must be dependable, responsible, and customer-focused.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Must be able to stand, walk, and run for prolonged periods.Ability to lift or push up to 25 lbs as needed. Work involves frequent bending, entering/exiting vehicles, and working in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity). Must be alert and maintain focus throughout shifts ranging from 4–8 hours.
