The schedule for this position is 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Oversee parking operations
- Lead and coordinate a team of parking attendants to ensure smooth traffic flow and customer service
- Ensure guests have a smooth arrival and exit experience
- Resolve customer service issues or parking concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and maintain parking equipment and report operational issues as needed
- Ensure all staff members are properly dressed in uniform and performing their responsibilities
- Assist with lot setup, signage placement, and operational readiness before events
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Experience in parking operations, events, hospitality, or traffic management is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced event environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required
