We are hiring a dependable and service-driven Parts Delivery Driver to support our dealership operations through accurate, on-time deliveries in Devon, PA, and the surrounding area. This role is essential to keeping service departments and wholesale accounts running smoothly.
Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute scheduled parts deliveries and pickups for dealerships, body shops, and wholesale clients
- Communicate daily with the parts manager and other internal team members to coordinate delivery needs
- Match invoices to purchase orders and verify receipt of payment when applicable
- Support internal departments by promptly delivering high-priority parts
- Assist technicians and service teams with parts distribution and customer vehicle transport
- Perform regular vehicle upkeep and report any necessary repairs or inspections
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including signatures and notes on undelivered items
- Keep workspaces and delivery vehicles clean and organized
- Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws
- Participate in stocking and posting of incoming parts when not on delivery routes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar delivery or parts-related role
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service mindset
- Familiarity with delivery routing and time management best practices
- Ability to lift parts and perform moderate physical labor
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Conditions:
- Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Exposure to seasonal weather and driving conditions Must be able to lift, carry, and move automotive parts throughout the workday
