Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage the Event Parking Team – recruit, train, and oversee daily parking operations
- Ensure efficiency & service excellence – maintain high standards in all aspects of the role
- Monitor safety & compliance – conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies
- Strengthen client relationships – serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
- Oversee payroll & scheduling – manage employee time tracking and budget allocation
- Develop future leaders – mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Supervisory experience – preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
- Excellent communication skills – ability to interact professionally with employees and clients
- Strong problem-solving ability – quick thinking and decision-making in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented & organized – effective management of schedules and operations
- Valid driver’s license – minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean record
