Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage the Service Drive Team – recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations
• Ensure efficiency & service excellence – maintain high standards in all aspects of the role
• Monitor safety & compliance – conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies
• Strengthen client relationships – serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
• Oversee payroll & scheduling – manage employee time tracking and budget allocation

• Supervisory experience – preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management

• Valid driver’s license – minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean record
