  • Event Parking Supervisor

    We are seeking a reliable and motivated Parking Supervisor to oversee parking operations during concerts and live events at The Met in Philadelphia, PA. This role is responsible for managing multiple parking lots, leading a team of parking attendants, and ensuring a smooth and positive parking experience for guests attending events.

    The Parking Supervisor will serve as the on-site lead, maintaining communication with venue partners such as Live Nation while ensuring the parking team operates efficiently and professionally.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee parking operations across multiple parking lots during concert and event nights
    • Lead and coordinate a team of parking attendants to ensure smooth traffic flow and customer service
    • Maintain a strong working relationship with venue partners and event staff, including Live Nation
    • Ensure guests have a smooth arrival and exit experience when attending events
    • Resolve customer service issues or parking concerns in a professional and timely manner
    • Monitor and maintain parking equipment and report operational issues as needed
    • Ensure all staff members are properly dressed in uniform and performing their responsibilities
    • Assist with lot setup, signage placement, and operational readiness before events
    • Provide leadership and support to the parking team throughout the event

    Qualifications

    • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
    • Experience in parking operations, events, hospitality, or traffic management is a plus
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced event environment
    • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
    • Reliable transportation and punctuality are required

  • Event Parking Cashier

    We are seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Parking Cashiers to support parking operations during concerts and live events at The Met. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, processing parking transactions, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth arrival experience for everyone attending events.

    Parking Cashiers are an important part of the guest experience and work closely with Parking Supervisors and event staff to keep operations running efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet guests as they arrive and provide a welcoming first impression
    • Process parking payments accurately using handheld devices or point-of-sale systems
    • Answer guest questions regarding parking, event access, and lot locations
    • Maintain accurate cash and credit card transactions throughout each shift
    • Communicate with Parking Supervisors regarding traffic flow or guest concerns
    • Assist with directing vehicles when needed to help maintain efficient lot operations
    • Ensure the cashier station remains clean, organized, and operational
    • Follow company cash-handling procedures and security protocols
    • Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the event
    • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
    • Experience in parking, hospitality, retail, or event operations is a plus
    • Comfortable handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payment devices
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
    • Reliable transportation and punctuality are required
