What You’ll Do:
- Lead & manage the Service Drive Team – onboard, train, and oversee daily operations
- Ensure operational excellence – maintain standard operating procedures and company policies
- Drive safety & compliance – conduct daily safety reviews and staff training
- Build strong client relationships – establish regular meetings with dealership management
- Oversee payroll & scheduling – manage time tracking, attendance, and budgeting
- Develop future leaders – mentor employees and identify management potential
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership experience – previous supervisory experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills – ability to clearly relay information to employees and clients
- Problem-solving mindset – quick thinking and ability to resolve challenges efficiently
- Detail-oriented – ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies
- Valid driver’s license – with at least 5 years of driving experience and a clean record
Physical & Working Conditions:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, adapting to weather conditions
